Jason Naimi, Managing Member
Education
Jason Naimi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Communication from LaSalle University, in Philadelphia, PA. After completing research in liver transplantation at McGill University in Montreal, Canada—where he was published and had abstracts presented at conferences worldwide—Jason received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004. While in law school, Jason was a member of the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology and published three electronic briefs.
Experience
Jason Naimi has experience in representing clients in matters relating to family law, including contested & uncontested divorce, child custody, visitation rights, child support, alimony, property rights & division, paternity, pre-nuptial and post-marital agreements, legal separation, marriage annulments and adoption. He also handles various corporate services, including business entity formation, federal and state securities law, and venture capital and emerging business finance. He also has experience in loan modification, real estate matters, estate planning, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, family, and divorce law, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation.

Scott Dilbeck, Member
Education
Scott Dilbeck graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2001 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. Scott graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004.
Experience
Scott has extensive legal experience in Bankruptcy and multiple facets of civil litigation. With practice experience in both Oklahoma and Nevada, Scott has represented individuals and multinational corporations in a variety of practice areas, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy, complex personal injury litigation including medical malpractice, insurance subrogation, insurance bad faith, products liability, construction defect, and toxic torts. Scott’s experience also includes loan modification, practice in collections, commercial contracts, and family law.

Scott is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada, the State of Oklahoma, and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Clark County Bar Association.

Richard Johnson, Member
Education
Richard Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1997.
Experience
Richard has been licensed to practice law in Nevada since 1997. Prior to exclusively representing injury victims, Richard spent 12 years defending car accidents, slip/trip and falls, insurance claims, medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters. Richard now dedicates his entire practice to representing injury victims. His prior work as an insurance defense attorney gives him tremendous insight into accident/injury cases and a distinct advantage in dealing with insurance companies and their attorneys.
